Please use the form below to inquire about room availability. Study rooms are available at no cost. Meeting Room fees are as follows:
- Room use fees:
$25 for up to 4 hours
$50 for up to 8 hours
$75 for 9 or more hours - Room set-up charge $25
- Excessive clean-up fee $25
- Damaged property (actual damage)
The room use fee is waived as follows:
- Non-profits defined under 501(c)(3)
- Candidate campaign committees
- Political committees
- Governmental subdivisions
Please see our Meeting Room Policy for more information. Please print and complete the Meeting Room Agreement form if your request is for the Reickhoff Room or the Basement. Bring this form to the library upon confirmation of your reservation. Alternatively, this form may be signed at the library.
