Library Building 50th Anniversary Open House

November 14 at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

  • This event has passed.

Our 50th Building Anniversary is around the corner. We want to celebrate the many memories we cherish in the library and take a look at where we are headed. We especially want to hear from you! Come by the library to engage in some fun activities and share your wishes for the library’s future through our interactive dream boards. Take our Library Development Survey.

Our 50th Building Anniversary open house will take place in the library’s Rieckhoff meeting room on Monday, November 14th from 6:00-8:00 p.m., with special presentations beginning at 7:00 p.m. Come hear from those who were around when our library building doors were opened. We will also hear from Mayor Deb De Haan, City Administrator Earl Woudstra, our City Councilmen, and some of our Sioux County Supervisors. We will serve refreshments and special anniversary cookies.

We look forward to celebrating with you!
